Jewellery returns and exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days following receipt of the item(s).
You must email email@example.com to advise that you would like to return an item, and receive confirmation from us that it qualifies for a return. You will be given a return address for your item.
For all jewellery returns, you will receive either a store credit (valid for 12 months) (once returned item has been received) or you can organise an exchange for an item of your choice.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only store credit.
If your jewellery is faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the subject line and clear photos of the faults. We will gladly organise an exchange for you as soon as possible.

Images and Colours
While every effort is made to represent products accurately, photos of items should be used as a guide only. Colours and materials may very depending on lighting conditions when photographing, device and monitor settings when viewing items.
Pre-orders will be charged upfront and dispatched by the advertised date. In the case of delays, we will advise customers immediately.
